Staff Scheduler - Nursing Department
$19.10 - $23.00/hr. wage depends on experience
Part-time, Monday - Friday, day time hours preferred
The Nursing Department Scheduler is responsible for coordinating nursing department schedules to help ensure appropriate staffing coverage throughout the facility. This position works closely with nursing leadership and nursing staff to identify staffing needs, fill open shifts, coordinate new employee orientation, and support the day-to-day staffing needs of the department.
Qualifications
Previous CNA experience preferred.
Previous scheduling or healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with staff.
Ability to manage frequent changes and competing priorities.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable problem-solving independently.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling software.
